Eating is an activity of daily living. Some individuals may limit their amount of nutritional intake. This may be a result of a lifestyle choice, due to hunger or famine, as part of a diet or as religious fasting.

But have you ever wondered why we eat food ? – Somebody may say we eat food because we are hungry. We eat for energy obtained from nutrients we get from foods to do our daily activities. Yeah that is true but if we eat to gain energy from nutrients for our body then, Why do we feel unwell or even get sick ?
Well that is because of our unhealthy routine of eating food. Even when we eat foods full of nutrients and other minerals we may get unwell or sick if not eaten in time. We have to eat food in time to fully consume its nutrients which helps us to get healthy and full of energy. Today I am going to tell you all about the secrets to eating in time and How to fully consume foods nutrients and minerals. They are as follows :-

  1. BREAKFAST

Breakfast is the first meal of the day eaten after waking up, usually in the morning. It is said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it gives your brain and body the energy it needs to function before beginning daily activities. You should never skip breakfast because it helps break your overnight fast. Experts say that you should always have breakfast within 2 hours of waking up in the morning. so, if you are an early riser, you may have an early breakfast. But the best time to eat breakfast is between 7-8 AM. And you should never eat breakfast after 10 AM.

  1. LUNCH

Lunch is an abbreviation for word luncheon. Lunch is a meal eaten around midday. Lunch is the second meal of a day eaten after breakfast. Lunch is an important meal for everyone. It provides energy and nutrients to keep the body and brain working efficiently through the afternoon. Studies show that taking a lunch break allows your mind to rest, recharge and refocus, which can directly improve your productivity for the rest of the day. Lunch is ideal about 4 hours after breakfast to maintain steady blood glucose and keep hunger manageable. The best time to eat lunch is between 12-2 PM but never eat lunch after 3 PM.

  1. DINNER

Dinner or Supper usually refers to what is in many Western cultures the largest and most formal meal of the day, which some Westerners eat in the evening. Eating dinner on time helps in maintaining heart health and keeps heart-related diseases at bay. It helps in weight loss. Eating on time helps the body in utilizing the food better. It can be easily digested and helps in boosting the metabolism thereby converting food into energy and burning calories. Eating dinner at least 2 hours before going to bed to promote optimal sleep and efficient use of calories. Best time to eat dinner is between 6-8 PM but you should never eat dinner after 9 PM.
